If there are large or additional living areas including rumpus rooms, there will be an additional charge of $50

Our clean includes an oven clean, however, if you would like to include a full detailed oven clean by industry trained professional using a high-end commercial oven cleaning chemical, the price for this is an additional $100 (usually $280)

We will generally allocate three or four cleaning managers, who specialize and have been trained in detailed cleaning to take care of this specialized clean.
We will happily work within your time requirements, to the best of our ability. We like to allocate approximately 20-25 hours for these types of cleans (3 -4 cleaners for 6 hours each so total labor time of 20-25 hours)

Please note that these prices may vary if there is significant additional cleaning required above the normal for the cleaning specialists.

We have a guarantee with our Spring that if you are not 100% satisfied with any of the cleaning (within reason) we will happily come back and take care of it for you free of charge.
